The eyes in this mod are re-re-textures — based on those from Fair Skin Complexion by HHaleyy —

designed to add lifelike variety and beauty while blending naturally with Skyrim's general aesthetic.

only human, vampire, and demon/dremora eyes are affected, and the textures are of 1k resolution.

Installation :

You may use your preferred mod manager or, if you prefer a manual installation, move/copy the "textures" folder of this mod into your Skyrim Special Edition "data" directory and overwrite the original files if prompted.

Compatibility :

If you use Quaint Eyes along with another mod that replaces the same textures, one will take priority over the other with respect to your load order, but that won't cause any gameplay issues or crashes.

Recommendations :

For all your eye-fixin' needs, regardless of whether or not you use Quaint Eyes :

 • Natural Eyes by nevenbridge81, installed with lower priority than both Quaint Eyes (if you like) and the next mod:

 • Skyrim's Ultimate Eye Meshes Ruhmastered SSE by Ruhadre, installed with higher priority than Natural Eyes.

For all your hair-fixin' needs, and mine* :

 • Superior Lore-Friendly Hair makes the vanilla hair look much better, even with just the "1k Rough" version which I use.

 • Hallgarth's Additional (Vanilla) Hair SSE adds a nice variety of vanilla-like hair, which are even nicer with Superior Lore-Friendly Hair.

 * How can I get Hallgarth's Hair for NPCs ported to SSE and made compatible with the likes of USSEP? Help me!
