To start the quest, go to Dragonreach and read a letter on the table near Farengar's bed. After that, talk to Farengar to progress.

You will need 15000 gold to buy the house.

1. Outer tower with crafting stations

2. Main building, including dining and hearthfire chambers, mannequin rooms, kitchen, library and bedroom

3. Dungeon with prison cells, cave, laboratory and pass to the nearby mine

4. Dwemer elevators

5. Cute domesticated skeever

6. Previous owner's diaries

7. Short additional sidequest

8. Such a fort will surely attract some easy-loot hunters! Lock all doors when leaving it!

Known bugs - importANT

1. If the quest fails to create a topic for Farengar, save and load after you read the letter. Next time the topic must appear.

2. If you got invisible exterior, go inside the fort, save there and then load. To evade this bug you should use fast travel marker when returning to Bjornheim.
