This is something I have been working on in my spare time. I love RW2 and it inspired me to do my own thing. I will still call this a work in progress as I am still covering things and working on more of the water fx.

There are 3 different versions of this mod you can choose from - Rapid water movement, Medium water movement, and calm water movement.

I made 3 version to cater to people's personal play styles. 

I believe there is a little something here for everyone.

I am working on fixing the vanilla waters awful specular - those super white bumps in the water are annoying. 

No performance cost - at least I didn't experience any whatsoever.

This mod is not as in-depth as RW2 so I wouldn't compare them at all.
